During your consultation we will go through which tasks you need us to manage. Each business will have their own requirements so you will only pay for what you need us to do for your business. A full service includes reconciling all of your bank transactions, preparing and submitting your VAT returns, CIS returns (if you are in the construction industry), and payroll. We can also provide monthly financial reporting to support the growth of your business.

We carry out all of our clients bookkeeping on Xero Cloud Accounting. If you are not currently using Xero we can transfer you over and set everything up for you.

Our charges are based on the number of transactions you have going through your business on average on a monthly basis, this is the starting point for core bookkeeping services. For tasks such as payroll, VAT and financial reporting these are based on how long we expect it to take us to complete these tasks. After your consultation we will access your current bookkeeping records and use this information together with your requirements to put together a quote. Your quote will have a breakdown of the costs for each task that you wish us to manage.

We specialise in working with limited companies and have a wealth of knowledge on the obligations of running a limited company.

We offer a quarterly check in service where we will check over your bookkeeping each quarter. We carry out any advanced accountancy tasks that may need to be completed such as posting journals and reconciling the balance sheet. We will then run your financial reports and provide you with a management accounts pack so that you can see how your business is performing.
